Plan quotas follow actual payments; during paid periods you can use the corresponding limits, overdue accounts downgrade to free. Payments are processed by Creem/Alipay and follow their rules.
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee timeliness or accuracy of monitoring results or alert delivery. You bear risks from network, third-party channels, or force majeure.
You are responsible for domains/APIs/screenshots you submit and must have proper authorization. Do not upload unlawful or infringing content.
This is a one-time purchase (not an auto-renewing subscription). Full refunds are generally not supported; please try the free plan first. If a refund is needed, only unused remaining periods may be partially refunded after deducting used portions and processor fees; consumed service is not fully refundable. We commit to responding to customer service requests within 3 business days.
We may update terms and will notify on major changes; continued use means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using and request remaining refunds per the refund policy.
